Opening Room Lead (SME) - 2nd Shift

oAssist in supporting a safe and healthful work environment for all personnel through consistent support of the company's Safety Process.
oResponsible to ensure product is run to specification ensuring the highest quality and performs root cause analysis on all quality defects.
oParticipate/support the SQF program and assist in the development of the system and operational standards and corrective actions.
oUnderstanding of all plant GMP's.
oPerform routine quality checks and documentation.
oIdentify, analyze, and arrange for remediation of potential problems.
oChecks correct recording on computer screens, in reports and documents, verifies accuracy of calculations.

oOrganize crew according to line demands for optimum performance.
oHold yourself and team members accountable.
oMakes verbal reports to Supervisor/Manager and provides verbal and or written information about an issue.
oParticipate in 5Y methodology.
oAvailable to work overtime, as needed.
oAbility to record tracking information from bulk cheese containers/LP's to table placardsoRemove cheese from manufacturing containers.
oLicense for walk behind/ Ride on Pallet jack and High Lift.
oAbility to operate Swiss and 640 lifts to load respective machines.
oAbility to operate Swiss Machine.
oAbility to set up and operate Single Stages.
oDemonstrate the ability to perform the function of process/trim position.
oEfficiently operate Iverson/ Marchant 640# cutters.
oOther duties and/or projects may be assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
