Customer Service Supervisor POSITION
Summary:
The overall goal of the Customer Service Representative is to successfully interact with customers and to aid in placing orders, entering quotations, opening new customer accounts by recording account information, and answering questions in a team environment.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction as well as internal collaboration as one of the faces of the company.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls as well as making outbound calls, as necessary.
They will be accountable for effective communication through phone, email, and faxes.
A large portion of the workday will be committed to phone and computer entry work.
A Customer Service Representative must display professionalism and collaboration towards all team members and proactively seek, receive, and give information to all internal teams in order to provide the customer with a great experience.
QUALIFICATIONS CSR I:
Customer service experience or equivalent Must have proficient oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers and individuals in the organization required.
Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
Have a basic level of computer skills in Outlook and Excel Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, strong problem-solving, and organizational skills with adaptability sometimes in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
Must share and demonstrate our H-P Shared Values of Safety, Passion, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork Additional Qualifications for Custom CSR I Must have some Basic Technical aptitude or background in reading technical drawings and bills of material.
Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards.

Effectively communicate with the customer to determine requirements during calls Accurately enter orders with acknowledgments, quotations, and returns while in communication with the customer.
Assist with onboarding new customers.
Efficiently respond to orders received via customer portal, fax, phone, and email Quotation target response is the same day.
Learn the ability to add on sell to customers.
Coordinate special order requests and expedited orders with production/shipping.
Understand the ETB Catalog product offerings.
Learn to provide technical assistance.
Enter and coordinate container orders for export customers.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, for order fulfillment.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Respond to all Customer calls before the end of the business day.
Assist Customers with all Policies and Procedures Successful Communication with both internal and external customers as well as team members Respond to emails and customer voicemails within the same business day Continuous process improvement Make suggestions as appropriate to improve the process.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, and Engineering to ensure all goals are aligned.
Additional duties as required.
