Vehicle Description A true time capsule!! This 68 Roadrunner was painted it's retro paint scheme in 1972-73 & parked in 1974 when the original owner passed.
It was left in a garage for 49 years when it was pulled out in Fall of 2022.
The motor and transmission are original number's matching to the car.
The motor was pulled out & overhauled since it hadn't been started in 49 years.
Heads were gone over with bronze guides & a Mopar purple shaft Cam was added.
The fresh 383 drives the 727, which turns the Mopar 8 3/4 Posi rear end with 355 gears.
The paint job was done in 1973 and is mostly original.
The paint presents very well but does have 49 years of storage nicks & scratches.
